Seller reviewOur home had a less than undesirable bedroom layout being that it had two master bedrooms on the top level and one on a floor below. There were no homes in our area with this floor plan which made it had to determine the market price because other homes had 4 bedrooms and there weren't many homes that had sold in the area with like comps. Russ was able to determine a fair market price and get us a sales price we were happy with.
