Buyer reviewI was given Ruth Frederick's name through one of her previous clients. Ruth made herself available to meet with me during the brief periods I was present in town. Ruth is very familiar with the area and the individuals who perform the inspections required for a timely closing. She was able to provide me with insurance company contacts when it was difficult obtaining a policy through companies I was familiar with. Ruth requested I provide her with the checks required for payment of inspections and tests, delaying payments only until after these tasks were completed. In the event I intend to obtain additional properties I will surely be contacting Ruth Frederick again.
