Seller reviewWe had dealt with Ruth Frederick before when we bought the house. We knew she had good local knowledge and put time and energy into her work We put not applicable when we did not understand your question. We were away most of the time. We know that when we were there the house was shown frequently and professionally. Ruth Frederick always responded to our calls and questions promptly, and arranged for the closing papers to be mailed to us .We had them signed in and witnessed by a notary in case anything prevented us from getting from NY to the closing. We thought this was an excellent suggestion on her part. Showing the house, the sale and the closing were made as easy as possible for us, and we appreciate Ruth Frederick's work on our behalf. We will certainly recommend her to other clients, and I would like to add that our neighbors also commented on how often the house was shown while we were away, and they were also very impressed.

Buyer reviewI was given Ruth Frederick's name through one of her previous clients. Ruth made herself available to meet with me during the brief periods I was present in town. Ruth is very familiar with the area and the individuals who perform the inspections required for a timely closing. She was able to provide me with insurance company contacts when it was difficult obtaining a policy through companies I was familiar with. Ruth requested I provide her with the checks required for payment of inspections and tests, delaying payments only until after these tasks were completed. In the event I intend to obtain additional properties I will surely be contacting Ruth Frederick again.
