Seller reviewKaren Morton was recommended and when we met with her, she introduced us to Ruth. There was an instant connection and personalities just clicked. Ruth was awesome! Our situation was not an everyday normal one, but she helped us every step of the way and went out of her way to help us. Ruth went above and beyond to help us. My special needs adult daughter thinks Ruthie is the best! Ruth was very understanding and so kind and helpful to all of us, but was extra sweet to my daughter. Ruth is great at her job, but also a great human being who truly cares about people. I live in Texas and my sister lives in Ohio, so while we can't utilize Ruth or JW Morton Real Estate, if ever asked by people we know in Inverness or surrounding areas in FL, obviously we would immediately recommend Ruth and JWMorton Real Estate. Seller reviewproperty went on markek on Friday evening was shown 4 times Saturday, had 4 offier same day and accepted an offer on Sunday. This was our winter hide-a-way and we loved the community and folks living there. Wish our health had been better so we could have made the trip a few more years.
