Seller reviewWe have had dealings with Ruth Frederick for several years.She is very helpful and listened to what we needed. She gave us an overview of the market, explained what we needed to do, and gave us realistic expectations. The neighbors reported that a lot of people came to view the premises. Ruth handled the whole sale and closing as we were not in Florida at the time and it was all done on line. It was hard for her as we were dealing with Doctors and hospitals and she kept pressing us to respond promptly so we did not lose the sale. It was a very difficult balance for her, and she handled it with discretion.
