I've been in the Real Estate business for over a decade with experience in residential sales, foreclosures, commercial sales, & property management. I've earned several top awards (Masters Emerald, Quality Service Pinnacle, etc.) based on helping my clients successfully buy or sell their homes & receiving exemplary scores on client satisfaction surveys. This is a referral based business. If I do a good job & someone is happy with the way things turned out, they'll tell their friends & family. Buyer reviewThis was our second time using Ryan Bird as our real estate agent so automatically it tells you how good of a job Ryan does. This time we purchased land instead of a rental property. With us being from out of state and unable to travel back to Wisconsin all the time to review properties, Ryan would re-organize his schedule so that we could maximize our time when we visited and view as many properties as possible. He was always prepared to talk specifics of every property. He would even do his own research since typically the listing had minimal information and it was difficult to find the actual location of the property. Throughout the offer process, Ryan managed a difficult seller and agent to get an accepted offer on a parcel of land that we could only dream of. We are very thankful for Ryan's hard work, dedication and attentiveness to provide the best for his clients. He truly has your best interest in mind at all times. My wife and I would strongly suggest going with Ryan Bird as your real estate agent when buying or selling property in the Dane County area. He is our "go to" real estate agent.
