I've been in the Real Estate business for over a decade with experience in residential sales, foreclosures, commercial sales, & property management. I've earned several top awards (Masters Emerald, Quality Service Pinnacle, etc.) based on helping my clients successfully buy or sell their homes & receiving exemplary scores on client satisfaction surveys. This is a referral based business. If I do a good job & someone is happy with the way things turned out, they'll tell their friends & family. My goal isn't to be a salesman, or just to "get the sale". That's a fast highway to failure. My goal is to help you & educate you throughout the process so you can make the best decisions. Buyer reviewRyan helped me buy a house previously, but this second time around proved to be lengthy and difficult. He put up with me being picky and my dad tagging along on showings, driving all over the place and it took nearly two years to find the right one. We saw a lot of terrible properties, but still managed to have fun at almost every showing. Ryan is the bomb.com and if I know anyone who's looking for a realtor I will absolutely send them to Ryan. I've known Ryan since we were kids, so it was a no brainer to choose him as my realtor (again!)

Buyer reviewI had previously worked with Ryan on the selling of a home in Deforest. He was amazing with that process so I couldn't think of anyone else to help me find a new place. Ryan is a great realtor and would recommend him to anyone. He listens to what you need/want and tries to find the best fit for you. He went to several homes with me and at times I couldn't have a support system with me, he tried to step in and find me pros and cons for each home. Ryan was available for questions anytime I needed him. He made the process very easy and took care of a lot of things that came up. If I needed to do anything he was very thorough and made sure I understood what I had to do. Ryan did a good job of explaining how offers work and the options you have when making the offer. He was beneficial to getting me the best deal possible and credit from buyers after the home inspection. He explained the pros and cons to every situation. He was very straight forward and told you how it was. I really appreciated that!
