I've been in the Real Estate business for over a decade with experience in residential sales, foreclosures, commercial sales, & property management. I've earned several top awards (Masters Emerald, Quality Service Pinnacle, etc.) based on helping my clients successfully buy or sell their homes & receiving exemplary scores on client satisfaction surveys. This is a referral based business. If I do a good job & someone is happy with the way things turned out, they'll tell their friends & family. My goal isn't to be a salesman, or just to "get the sale". That's a fast highway to failure. My goal is to help you & educate you throughout the process so you can make the best decisions. Seller reviewRyan Bird listed the house for a lot more than we ever thought. We trusted he knew the market and of course he did. He got us top dollar and we were very happy with the sale. Ryan Bird was a great realtor. We had a very difficult sale with a lot of complications. He stuck by us and the knowledge he provided was immeasurable. He was always willing to help. He would even calm our nerves at times and talk us off a ledge. He was like a dad dog taking care of his puppies. It was very helpful to have him in our corner. Ryan Bird worked with us when we had the house listed but had to take it off the market until the renters moved out. He was understanding and willing to work with us to get it listed again as soon as we could. Ryan Bird did a great job for a friend and she couldn't speak highly enough about him. It was an obvious choice to use him.

Buyer reviewRyan Bird was amazing to work with! He listened to us and what we wanted and showed us homes as soon as they became available. He was always available to answer any questions we had and listen to our frustrations as well when a house didn't work out. Ryan really worked hard to make himself available to us when we wanted to see a home and he stayed in constant touch with us when we finally found the home we loved. He made sure everything was in order and organized prior to closing and collaborated really well with the seller and our mortgage lender as well to make sure that everything was taken care of. He worked what seemed day and night for us to find our condo. When we had some bad luck on properties he kept with us. Even when we backed out of a deal, he still continued to help us until the end.
