Seller reviewThere were several issues that needed special attention because my home was fairly expensive AND quite old. My buyers had numerous questions and concerns and Ryan just took over for me contacting necessary specialists to address questions. I virtually sat back, asked Ryan questions and he took care of everything. In terms of dealing with others, Ryan is the consummate professional he is open and he communicates so comfortably and effectively. People just seem to really like Ryan. What can I say...he excells in all of these. I don't think I ever called Ryan that he did not return my call the same day. No question/task was too much for Ryan and he never responded as though he didnt have time. In spite of how busy he was he always made me feel like I was his only client. I have sold and purchased a number of homes throughout my lifetime. In my experience Ryan Hawkins is peerless. He is not only extremely knowledgable but has such positive affect. He is open but not pushy. He is authentic. If Ryan says something it comes from his soul, and you know you can trust anything he says. I trust him implicitly in aspects of real estate.

Seller reviewRyan is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable about the area which was important to us because we were from out of state. He was unbiased but helpful and honest. He was not pushy at all. This was a HUGE PLUS for us. He always had time for us and was very down to earth- a normal guy that just happened to help us buy and sell the house. His knowledge of the area and the way to deal with the entire process was so calming and made everything less stressful. I wish we could take Ryan with us back to Ohio! What impressed me most was his knowledge of the area, how easy he made the process for us, and his willingness to go above and beyond for each and every interaction. It was January, and temps were in the negative 20's. He offered to go to the house and check on everything and make sure the heater was working because we had already moved back to Ohio. In my previous experience with realtors, that never happens! He works hard to ensure that you as the seller/buyer feel confident about every aspect of the process. Thanks again Ryan. We can't say enough good things.

Buyer reviewHe took my budget and needs into consideration in a very low pressure way. Communication lines were always open which made everything low stress and straightforward. Ryan was good at being unbiased when it came to looking around at houses and never tried to get me to move out of my budget, there was never any rush to get me into a house. Ryan understood it was my first time buying a house and was very helpful in answering any questions I had regarding terminology or what steps to take. He talked to me in a way that was informative and educational.
