I have worked a lot of Realtors and Ryan Hawkins is the best I have ever worked with. His professionalism and experience assured me throughout the process. He has a decorum that makes people automatically respect, like, and trust him. He was extremely honest throughout the entire process and was willing to go the extra mile to assist me with some of my concerns and anxieties. His availability and willingness to meet at my convenience made me feel like I was his #1 priority even though I know he had been working with multiple clients at the same time as me. We actually met with other agents before meeting Ryan. We wanted to take our time and find the right house with someone who understood our wants and needs, but most people we met with made us feel pressured to find a home fast and barely listened to what we wanted. He also offered unique perspectives as we went through homes on our list, yet remained neutral throughout so as not to sway us in one direction or another. It really helped us decide on the right house on our own. He went above and beyond for my husband and I. We found and offered on our home right before Christmas. Ryan was incredibly available and accommodating for us despite the holiday. I can't believe how much he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. He has also promptly responded to our MANY questions as first time home buyers. I truly believe that this would have been a stressful nightmare without Ryan.
