Ryan was extremely patient in working with my wife and I despite financial difficulties we faced. Very knowledgeable and actually listened to what we wanted/needed in our house which is rare these days in any profession. If you want a realtor who's working for you, this is your man. Five stars!!

He took my budget and needs into consideration in a very low pressure way. Communication lines were always open which made everything low stress and straightforward. Ryan was good at being unbiased when it came to looking around at houses and never tried to get me to move out of my budget, there was never any rush to get me into a house. Ryan understood it was my first time buying a house and was very helpful in answering any questions I had regarding terminology or what steps to take. He talked to me in a way that was informative and educational.

I have worked a lot of Realtors and Ryan Hawkins is the best I have ever worked with. His professionalism and experience assured me throughout the process. He has a decorum that makes people automatically respect, like, and trust him. He was extremely honest throughout the entire process and was willing to go the extra mile to assist me with some of my concerns and anxieties. His availability and willingness to meet at my convenience made me feel like I was his #1 priority even though I know he had been working with multiple clients at the same time as me. We actually met with other agents before meeting Ryan. We wanted to take our time and find the right house with someone who understood our wants and needs, but most people we met with made us feel pressured to find a home fast and barely listened to what we wanted. We met with Ryan and he immediately struck us as a genuine, knowledgeable, and caring agent. He was incredibly respectful of our budget and listened very intently to what we were looking for. I remember him saying that he was there to support us no matter how long we took to find the right house and no matter what we decided to do. We immediately felt comfortable with him -- like we were all on a team to find us a home. He is incredibly knowledgeable and we had complete confidence in him throughout this process. Being first time home buyers, we were fully expecting the journey to be extremely overwhelming. However, it was not that way at all. We felt well taken care of throughout the process. We knew Ryan had our back. He fully explained everything and shared his knowledge and expertise throughout the process. To me, the very thought of looking for / buying a home felt like a stressful chore -- but Ryan actually made it a fun, memorable process. I am still surprised at how non-stressful this was for us. He also did not pressure us AT ALL when it came to choosing a home to offer on. The decision was entirely ours. He also offered unique perspectives as we went through homes on our list, yet remained neutral throughout so as not to sway us in one direction or another. It really helped us decide on the right house on our own. He went above and beyond for my husband and I. We found and offered on our home right before Christmas. Ryan was incredibly available and accommodating for us despite the holiday. I can't believe how much he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. He has also promptly responded to our MANY questions as first time home buyers. I truly believe that this would have been a stressful nightmare without Ryan. If you're looking for a true professional that will work with you to make your house hunting and buying as smooth as possible while respecting your needs and budget, Ryan is definitely your guy.
