I lived 1600 miles away and relied on his professionalism and knowledge to guide me through the process. He had suggestions for me that proved to be both useful and timely. I truly could not be more pleased with the outcome! Since it had been over 25 years since I purchased my last home, Mr Krogman ensured I understood all aspects of the process. He made me comfortable with the process, which is not easy to do. Mr Krogman is the kind of trustworthy realtor I will be recommending to my friends.
