Seller reviewI was a professor at the university where, during my early years, Ryan was my student. I was impressed with his interpersonal skills and maturity then and now, He also was a coach on my son's baseball team. My husband and I chose Ryan in large part because we thought he was knowledgeable and well connected in Brookings; he presented himself professionally, and also because we thought him a man of integrity. (We declined going with a different agent within the same firm because of red flags). We wanted someone we could trust - Ryan proved himself to be that person.

Seller reviewRyan Krogman was recommended to us by our daughter. She and her husband were very amazed with the quickness of the sale of their home by Ryan. We liked Ryan from the first meeting and he did a excellent job of "keeping us in the loop". We had multiple showings and an open house. So we were more that satisfied with the exposure we received. The commission was high, be the same as other brokers charge. All-in-all, we were extremely satisfied with the sale and the broker!
