My wife and I have moved and bought 6 and sold 5 homes, 3 in the last 10 years. The last one we sold, with Sam Haberlach as our realtor, was the smoothest and most professional process. She had a plan. She worked the plan. We got top dollar. On "big" details (Market knowledge, setting the asking price, advertising, etc) she match or exceeded the capabilities of the previous realtors. On "small" details she's unique and far exceeded anybody we've used. In evaluating the property to set the asking price she had a list of pros and potential cons. For each potential con she developed a mitigation plan. One dealing with a second parking space she needed to implement. In the prep for staging she personally did touch up painting, lighting fixtures and other handy man tasks cheaply fixing small items that I believe help deliver a big payoff.
