Seller reviewSam handled everything: contractors to haul away junk, a cleaning service, landscaping, painters, etc. Her contacts in the DC area are impressive and all the work was done professionally. She was there to let each one in and to supervise the work , She even pitched in herself personally polishing the chandeliers. Aggressively marketing a (true) fixer-upper, she started with an online teaser, then a beautiful photo ad, then open houses. As we are ignorant of the ins and outs of selling a house in DC Sam was our guide in everything. We trusted her with all the details, financial and practical, and she gave a thorough accounting of expenses (included all the money of her own to front the repairs) Finally, she provided detailed information for 2025 taxes, and how to minimize capital gains taxes. Sam was recommended by the Realtor who sold one of us a house in Warrenton, and who said she believed nobody could do a better job in the DC area. We wholeheartedly agree.
