My background in business and sales made the switch to real estate a natural move forward. I began my real estate career fifteen years ago and earned the title "Rookie of the Year" that first year. I have also been a leading top producer for all fifteen years, most years earning "Million Dollar Producer" with the Southside Virginia Association of Realtors association.

Every time I called, he answered my calls and took the time to answer all the questions I had. He repeatedly went back to the property to make sure the sellers made all the repairs they promised. For the addition works I want to do on the property, Sam recommended highly skilled, honest and affordable contractors. I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to friends and family.
