Samantha was wonderful. She guided us through a lengthy and difficult house-hunting endeavor with great patience, persistence and professionalism. She gave us excellent advice at every turn. She knows all the local communities and neighborhoods extremely well, and quickly honed in on homes and neighborhoods we might be interested in. Samantha was especially helpful in shepherding us through the currently difficult bidding process, giving us excellent advice on how to improve our chances of winning a bid while staying within our budget. When we finally found the home that is right for us we relied on her guidance in formulating our winning bid. If we are ever selling or buying a home in this area, we would certainly enlist her services again.

Samantha went above and beyond to help us sell our house. There were several snags along the way, which she handled with minimal effort from us. She had a specific plan for the property sale price and the best time to put it on the market. Sam was right on the money and the house sold in four days.
