My husband and I enjoy working with Samantha on finding properties and highly recommend her to others. She is reliable and always gets back to us in a timely manner with any questions or information we may need about a property. We had a business relationship with Samantha Capita that was extremely satisfactory, as we found her to be friendly, well versed, intelligent, honest and a pleasure to deal with. So when we found out she became a licensed real estate agent we immediately went to her to sell our properties. Samantha Capita brought us an offer very soon after we listed the property. There was some negotiating with the buyer and we got an agreement of sale, when two weeks prior to closing the buyers backed out. Samantha was as bewildered as we were. She explained that the buyers heard the University was not going to have as many students this year and was having additional units for students to rent, hence the long sale period. She quickly found another buyer, and we had a stress free sale. We've bought and sold a lot of properties over the years, and have had dealings with plenty of realtors. Samantha Capita has been the best of all. We will use her whenever the circumstances call for a realtor. There are not enough compliments that we can give Samantha Capita. She really is an exceptional person and realtor. She'll always go the extra mile and does it in a calm, efficient and friendly way. She kept in constant communication and was willing to listen and give answers to all of our questions.
