Sandie Robinson had helped our daughter and her husband find their new home in Beaumont, CA three years earlier, and it was such a perfect home for them that we decided to have her help us sell our home and find a new one. We considered one other real estate agent, but after meeting with him one time, we knew he was not the one we wanted to work with, and called Sandie. We are very happy with the service we received from Sandie Robinson during the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. She was very thorough and patiently explained things to us. She was always available by phone and text - even during her summer vacation when there were complications with the seller not wanting to fix the A/C at the new house! She stayed in contact with us and really negotiated and fought hard for us so that we would have a working A/C unit when we moved in. So very appreciated! Open houses were planned right away and advertised adequately. The home photos for advertising were amazing (Sandie's contact!) and we're certain went a long way towards helping to sell our home for the right price. Sandie's diligence and attention to detail was excellent. Everyone we worked with was very kind, patient, and so very helpful. We definitely could not have navigated those waters alone, and are grateful for their help. We are happy with the price that was negotiated for the sale of our home, and also with the help we received with the purchase of our new home. Having such competent help all the way through and from everyone in the office was HUGE, and we really felt that Sandie Robinson/Lois Lauer was definitely the right choice. We will recommend her services to our friends and family in the future!

We have worked with Sandie twice before and it was a no brainer to pick her again. We knew in this crazy market, Sandie could get the job done and she did! We love how great of a communicator she is and how dedicated she is to finding us what we need.
