I felt my property what's a very unique property to sell it's on the major Winnebago system on Partridge Lake in Fremont it's probably one of the best waterways in the state of Wisconsin which adds a lot of value to this property therefore I was asking a lot and she could see that and we got close to what I was asking and that showed what that property really was valued at the old saying goes it's Worth what anybody's willing to pay,
