Seller reviewI would highly recommend Sandy to anyone. Sold our property in less than a week, she actually sold our property at an open house that was held during a power outage! Severe storms swept through our area the day before the scheduled open house. Our house had been listed less than a week. Worst storm in our 19 years in living there. Power was out for over 72 hours, we made the decision to hold the scheduled open house anyways (after consulting with Sandy). Sandy sold our house during the open house, with no power! We actually received and accepted an offer over our asking price! Way to go Sandy!
