I love real estate. But real estate was a bit of a career-change for me. With a B.A (Rutgers) and M.A. (Temple) in American History, I worked in the fields of Public History and Historic Preservation for more than 20 years, including running the historic Barclay Farmstead in Cherry Hill, NJ. Eventually, I turned my obsession for HGTV's House Hunters into reality and got my NJ Real Estate License in 2016. Since that time, I have become an award-winning agent and guided numerous clients through the buying and selling process. I teach two classes: Home-Buying 101 and Preparing to Sell Your Home, plus I regularly share my first-hand experience as the owner of several long and short-term rental properties with my clients who are considering investing in real estate. When I'm not working with clients, I spend time with my family and head to Cape May, NJ every chance I get!

Buyer reviewSandra Ragonese was extremely patient and remained friendly while helping us find the perfect house. We were not easy clients and the market was also not helpful. She always made it clear that we were important. She made us feel like we were her only clients. The home she helped us find was in an area we had given up on but when she saw it come back on the market she knew it was everything we wanted. She sent us the info and we did a drive-by and then took a tour. The rest is history. We would have never found this house without her. Due to the pandemic we were not able to meet with with loan officers at banks in order to get a pre-qualification letter. Again Sandra came to our rescue and gave us a list of potential loan officers we could call. The one we used took us right through the mortgage process. All the way around we could not have had a better experience.
