I love real estate. But real estate was a bit of a career-change for me. With a B.A (Rutgers) and M.A. (Temple) in American History, I worked in the fields of Public History and Historic Preservation for more than 20 years, including running the historic Barclay Farmstead in Cherry Hill, NJ. Eventually, I turned my obsession for HGTV's House Hunters into reality and got my NJ Real Estate License in 2016. Since that time, I have become an award-winning agent and guided numerous clients through the buying and selling process. I teach two classes: Home-Buying 101 and Preparing to Sell Your Home, plus I regularly share my first-hand experience as the owner of several long and short-term rental properties with my clients who are considering investing in real estate. When I'm not working with clients, I spend time with my family and head to Cape May, NJ every chance I get!

Buyer reviewI would highly recommend Sandra to anyone buying a home! My husband and I were first time homebuyers and we found her knowledge of the process and the area, as well as her willingness to help us work through all of our questions/concerns to be invaluable. She always had time for us and couldn't have been kinder. Even now that we have closed on our house, she is still helping us work through a few things!

She was patient and always willing to hear our questions and concerns and ease our nerves during our year-long home search, which took us all over south Jersey! She was incredibly supportive. That's far more valuable than any other trait in a broker. I would recommend her to anyone!

He was amazing and helped me so much in obtaining a mortgage and giving me all the information I needed for closing. Both he and Sandra Ragonese were at closing and made this process so easy and enjoyable for myself. Sandra is true professional and was always willing and able to go the extra mile to make me happy and comfortable with the entire purchasing process. I am so happy with my new home and Sandra had a lot to do with that.
