We didn't feel like just a customer with Sandy. She made us feel like family. She was honest, professional, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a home. She communicates clearly, helped us understand our individual circumstance, and made sure we were comfortable with everything that was going on. She made herself available and fought for us when we were negotiating the purchase of our new home. She was so good that the people that we bought our home from said to her (in front of us) "if we ever sell or buy a home again, YOU will be our realtor." That's a powerful statement from someone that is on the other side of negotiations with Sandy. She truly went above and beyond for us. Now we consider her a friend. That is exactly what you should look for in a realtor.

Sandy was the best agent I have worked with. She was very knowledgeable about various markets we were exploring. She helped us pick the right locations that met our needs and were within our commute requirements, and helped us avoid less attractive neighborhoods. Sandy was also very committed to making sure we found the house we loved. She would maintain constant communication with us, would swiftly reply to our emails and calls, and accommodate our schedule. She spent couple weekends with us viewing various houses – some days we would view 14 house in a day. Sandy also thoroughly explained to us financial aspects of the process and guided us through negotiations and closing. I would highly recommend Sandy to any of my relatives and friends and I look forward to using Sandy for my next transaction.
