She helped us pick the right locations that met our needs and were within our commute requirements, and helped us avoid less attractive neighborhoods. Sandy was also very committed to making sure we found the house we loved. She would maintain constant communication with us, would swiftly reply to our emails and calls, and accommodate our schedule. She spent couple weekends with us viewing various houses – some days we would view 14 house in a day. Sandy also thoroughly explained to us financial aspects of the process and guided us through negotiations and closing.
