My career in real estate is my passion. I have lived in the Northern Virginia area for 27 years and been an active, full time, Realtor for almost 20 years. I receive the majority of my business in the form of client referrals due to my very high level of customer service, honesty and dedication. I love being a Realtor because it is a challenge. It is never boring and I get the opportunity to meet and get to know many different people that I probably would not have met in any other venue. I believe that you should love your home (if at all possible) since you fall asleep there every night and wake up there every morning. Seller reviewI have worked with Sandy before and I knew I could rely on her acumen and advice. Sandy knew exactly what needed to be done in my home pre-market, she assisted with everything from taking the dogs out, to persuading my teenager to keep her room clean for showings, and diligently made certain that all the inspections were done, the closing paperwork was accurate and that I obtained the rent back I needed until my new home was ready. She did all of this in an extremely professional manner and with a sense of humor, which made a stressful event pretty painless. I feel very lucky to have had Sandy list my home for sale - she did a great job!

Buyer reviewI have been friends with Sandy since 2009 and knew she was the agent to go to when and if I ever needed to buy or sell. As fate would have it, in the Spring of 2015 I accepted a job out of state and needed to list my house. There was never any question on whom to call to list my house. Sandy was superb in assisting me in selling my house and continued to be vigilant after I moved away to start my new job and got me an excellent sale on my house. As fate would happen once again, I returned home to VA less than one year after moving away. After securing a steady, long term job, once again there was no question on which realtor I would call. Sandy was wonderful, always looking out for my best interest and her vast experience showed through again bringing up excellent points and things to consider during a home purchase. Even though I am not looking forward to moving/selling/buying in the near future, when the time comes I will call on Sandy!

She helped us to prepare the home by meeting with landscapers, flooring contractors, cleaners, painters,etc. We had quite a bit of work done prior to listing. She helped with turning on/off utilities and weatherizing the home. Everything and anything that we needed, Sandy was there for us!
