My career in real estate is my passion. I have lived in the Northern Virginia area for 27 years and been an active, full time, Realtor for almost 20 years. I receive the majority of my business in the form of client referrals due to my very high level of customer service, honesty and dedication. I love being a Realtor because it is a challenge. It is never boring and I get the opportunity to meet and get to know many different people that I probably would not have met in any other venue. I believe that you should love your home (if at all possible) since you fall asleep there every night and wake up there every morning. Seller reviewSandy Chandler exceeded my expectations in each step of the transaction. Summarizing, Sandy listed, negotiated, sold and settled the property all while we were on vacation in Florida. Based on her marketing, recommendations and negotiation we agreed to a solid offer approximately $50k over our asking price. We were also faced with a strong compartive listing while we were negotiating the sale and Sandy's knowledge and research worked to reassure the buyer of their decision and solidfy our offer. She was the consummate professional before, during, at closing and after the sale. We accepted her recommendations for repairs, crew and staging. All were excellent and Sandy managed the entire process. She made us extremely comfortably in accepting her recommendations and advice and again, all while we were away!!! I would recommernd her unreservedly.
