She was also very proactive, using her extensive knowledge of the area to find and present homes that met our needs. When we did find our perfect home, Sandy was outstanding throughout negotiations, helping us set a benchmark for market value, then setting out to attain an even better sale price for us. Finally, Sandy was remarkably patient walking us through the processes of assessments, inspections, and financing.
