We inquired about another home listing that already had an accepted offer, Sandy Dwyer took the time to understand our needs and wants but also did it very quickly. We were very motivated sellers, yet Sandy educated us on the market conditions at the time and advised us to look for something we liked before putting our house on the market. She showed us 5 houses that met our requirments, avoiding any wasted time, and we put an offer in on one of those 5 houses.
