Buyer reviewWe inquired about another home listing that already had an accepted offer, Sandy Dwyer took the time to understand our needs and wants but also did it very quickly. We were very motivated sellers, yet Sandy educated us on the market conditions at the time and advised us to look for something we liked before putting our house on the market. She showed us 5 houses that met our requirments, avoiding any wasted time, and we put an offer in on one of those 5 houses. Shortly after, Sandy had our house on the market competively priced within 2 days of our offer. She had professional photos done, set up an open house, and had 3 showings scheduled by the end of the week. Our house was not on the market more than a week! 8 showings in 3 days and 2 offers received. We ended up getting more than the list price in the end. We could not have been any happier with our experience with Sandy. She was professional, understanding and got the results we wanted. We are very thankful for her help.

Seller reviewWhen I started working with Sandy Dwyer, I thought I was in an unworkable situation. Just 12 months earlier, I bought a new house. Then unexpectedly I needed to relocate to another city and I had no other option, but to sell it off. I panicked that I would lose all my down-payment and not have any money to start with once I moved to a new city. When I met with Sandy, she allowed me to explain my situation and patiently listened to my concerns. She lent a hand to estimate the price of my house so that I could have a fair deal without losing my original down payment. By comparing my property with other houses in the vicinity, she assisted me in setting up a sound price that left me enough scope to bargain with buyers before hitting my base price. In a couple of weeks (over the holidays, which I thought would be the worst time to sell), my house was under agreement at a price $7,000 higher than my affirmed base price. After owning my home for just 12 months, it sold it for roughly $12,000 more than the original purchase price, thanks to Sandy. In really tough times, she helped me to accomplish the unattainable, and now I can enthusiastically look forward to my relocation! As a professional realtor Sandy is someone who knows the business and as a human being she is very courteous. Sandy is easy to talk to, good at listening to her clients, easily available and at all times quick at returning my calls or to respond to my queries. I strongly recommend Sandy Dwyer!
