Even though we ended up buying a different property, we felt very fortunate in finding Sandy due to her familiarity with the neighborhood and her long-term experience in real estate. Sandy, along with her assistant, Krissy, kept track of all negotiations and contracts to make sure the sale progressed in a timely manner. Sandy assured us from the beginning that we would always be able to contact her and encouraged us to question anything we didn't understand. Communication has always been very important to me and Sandy was always ready to talk (or text.) She is a real pro and gained our confidence early in the sales procedures. Even after the closing, she has continued to keep in touch with us and has offered much helpful advice.
