Seller reviewSandy Tams sold my mother/ father his house in Sun City with sailing through the difficult decisions of upgrades and details with my parents. She sold us our first Florida Home in Apollo Beach that went rather well to with negotiating us a price reasonably below asking. When we looked to sell with the relationship and success we have had with her it was the obvious person to assist. She maximized the sales price and we were getting offers in days with deciding on the best offer in a little over a week after going live.
