She listened to my needs and wants and found ways to make them all happen. She is more than efficient, she is kind and goes out of her way to help everyone. Sara goes the extra mile in all of her dealings. Example....I am 80 years old . She knew that dealing with all those boxes would be a struggle for me. She also has a client that needed boxes for his move and has a small car. She came to my house, packed all those boxes in her SUV and brought them to her client who needed them. That is going the extra mile. She visited me after the move to make sure all was going well. I appreciated her concern and helpful tips to making the adjustment to a different house.
