A sometimes stressful transaction was simple and easy with Sara by our side. Sara helped us sell and purchase our new home and we couldn't be happier with the transaction! We got what we wanted for our home and feel we got the best price possible on our new home with Sara's negotiation skills and advice. Century 21 was excellent when it came to showings and the available technology to confirm or decline showings. We had a very bad experience previously to being referred to Sara, when it came to showings. Sometimes showings were not confirmed, agents would show up to our house hours prior to the scheduled showing, they did not respect our wishes of at least 2 hours notice and our old agent simply did not care. When we switched to Sara, the Century 21 team made sure our requirements for showings were always kept and honored. We would receive both a notification on our phones to accept or decline the showing as well as phone call to confirm as well. Feedback was easily viewable through the great app available to us. No matter if your buying or selling you need Sara Mitchell on your team!

Sara Mitchell is an excellent agent. She has built a solid reputation in the Huntley area. I trusted her and found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful with a wide range of information as we went through the process of selling my home and buying a new, smaller home. She was very patient and sometimes had to cover a topic several times with me. When things seemed overwhelming at times, she helped me through the process. I definitely recommend her!

My house had been on the market for over a year with another top sales person in our area, but did not sell. Sara came to our first meeting with detailed information that proved without a doubt that my house was over priced. She also offered to discount the commission if she personally sold within a month. She was also provided names of a painter and carpet layer, which was helpful and cost effective. It all worked, and we sold within a month, but another agent was the seller. Can't think of anything that could have been better (except I should have gone with her first)/ I would definitely use Sara's services again. She's professional, an expert in her field, very trustworthy, and I always felt that I was the most important customer she had.
