Buyer reviewThe three most important things to us when working with a realtor were: 1. Knowledge of the area that we were looking to purchase in 2. Flexibility in schedule (ability to get to showings quickly in this market) 3. Understanding of what we were looking for. Sarah Figurski was such great to work with as a realtor, and we feel fortunate to have finally had the opportunity to work with a solid team. After trialing a couple of realtors before Sarah, we were thankful to have someone who understood what we were looking for and why it was so important to us. The market is so competitive, we thank Sarah for her patience as we waited for the house that was best for us. When it came to putting in offers, the most noticeable difference between Sarah and other realtors, is that Sarah knew how to write a competitive offer that was still comfortable for us. She never pushed us outside of where we felt comfortable. She was always very prompt in addressing our questions throughout the process. As first-time home buyers, its great to have a supportive person on your team. Thank you, Sarah, for helping us find our home!
