Buyer reviewSarah Figurski went above and beyond what was necessary for an agent. Being a first time home-buyer, there is a lot of potential for stress but working with Sarah made the entire process seem easy. She explained each step in a way that was detailed and thorough but not overwhelming. She helped me understand what to expect as we passed each milestone in the process. Her knowledge and calm approach were incredibly reassuring. I chose to purchase a home that was for sale by owner and she dealt with the minor setbacks that were created by the situation like a true professional. She went out of of her way to make sure things were stress-free for me and that we maintained a great relationship with the seller and everyone involved. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is interested in purchasing a home, she truly kept my best interest in mind and gave great advice and insight.

She answered any and all questions quickly & accurately and many of our questions we didn't have to ask as she anticipated our needs & provided information up front.
