Buyer reviewI saw her snap chat post about real estate and I thought it was very cool that she was with the current times for a new way for advertising for both sellers and buyers Sarah was really amazing to work with she really helped me understand the process as this was my first time buying a house. Sarah also really helped me feel welcomed to my new place with an amazing gift ! She was super at answering my questions and concerns around my hours that I was available to talk around work and life . She recommended me to a great bank and loan broker to work with . I will use her again in the future for any other buying and selling of properties for sure ! They really work together as a team there helping each other out to help the seller/buyer get the best outcome and their dream place ! If she was out of the office with me at the property she could easily call the office and other real estate agents there were more than happy to help The whole process was stressful and new but Sarah was very good at making sure I understood everything and was constantly assuring me the whole way that it would all work out ! I really appreciated when she was too the point on details as well she never beat around the bush if she didn't think a certain aspect of a house would be a safe purchase she laid it on the table right away and told me the concerns with it down the road , one example was a Bowing basement wall! She pointed it out and recommended we not pursue this as the future cost and repairs were high!
