She set realistic expectations for us which we appreciated as well. One aspect that some people might not place enough value on when selling a property is the marketing and it's actually one of the most important things so you can get the most for your property. Sarah makes sure that the pictures and descriptions are well done therefore giving a prospective buyer a good feel for what they would be getting. Her use of social media helps get the most amount of people seeing a property that she has listed. We would definitely use her again in the future.
