Seller reviewSarah Lyons was one of the brokers listed in the program offered by EECU. My wife and I separately reviewed the agents listed and both had decided Sarah had the best resume listed. Since we both had decided she was the one we knew she was a good choice. I know cell phones and internet have changed things greatly, but Sarah really used technology to make our home sale one of the easiest and smoothest ever. Sarah was completely available. She would text or call very quickly. Kept us informed the entire time and guided us through the process the entire way. She provided valuable suggestions for making the house more saleable. She was a wealth of information on resources to aid in fixing up the house. Of all the agents we have worked with in the past, she was the most helpful. More like a friend than a salesperson. Yet, everything she did was very professional. A delight to work with and I highly recommend Sarah Lyons to anyone looking for a real estate professional.

We were worried the process of buying a home would be difficult because we were from out of town, but Sarah was able to make the process smooth and seamless. She attended builder meetings on our behalf and walked us through every step of the way. She was even able to negotiate better incentives with our builder. We felt confident and safe with Sarah in what is mostly a panic-inducing process. I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy a home in Fort Worth.
