Sarah Lyons was one of the brokers listed in the program offered by EECU. My wife and I separately reviewed the agents listed and both had decided Sarah had the best resume listed. Since we both had decided she was the one we knew she was a good choice. I know cell phones and internet have changed things greatly, but Sarah really used technology to make our home sale one of the easiest and smoothest ever. Sarah was completely available. She would text or call very quickly. Kept us informed the entire time and guided us through the process the entire way. She provided valuable suggestions for making the house more saleable. She was a wealth of information on resources to aid in fixing up the house. Of all the agents we have worked with in the past, she was the most helpful. More like a friend than a salesperson. Yet, everything she did was very professional. A delight to work with and I highly recommend Sarah Lyons to anyone looking for a real estate professional.

I knew Sarah previously and saw her recommendations and accolades through social media. We were worried the process of buying a home would be difficult because we were from out of town, but Sarah was able to make the process smooth and seamless. She attended builder meetings on our behalf and walked us through every step of the way. She was even able to negotiate better incentives with our builder. We felt confident and safe with Sarah in what is mostly a panic-inducing process. I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy a home in Fort Worth.

One of the things I appreciate most about Sarah is her excellent communication and dedication to sell our house. I never felt like we were 1 in a bunch of homes that she needed to take care. I'm not sure how she finds time to do all that she does!

This is the second time I have had Sarah Lyons as my agent. The first time she was helping me sell my house in Fort Worth, and recently she was my agent when I bought a condo in Arlington. Sarah is excellent to work with. Her knowledge and expertise are immense. It is very stressful to buy or sell property, but when you know that Sarah is by your side, the process becomes much easier. She is accessible, knowledgeable, and nice. She answered immediately every question I had, and in spite of the fact that the whole process was done through applications, e-mails, and phone calls (as I was traveling abroad), the whole transaction was easy and fast. I will always recommend Sarah Lyons and her team. Keep up the good work!
