Seller reviewOne of the things I appreciate most about Sarah is her excellent communication and dedication to sell our house. I never felt like we were 1 in a bunch of homes that she needed to take care. I'm not sure how she finds time to do all that she does!

Buyer reviewThis is the second time I have had Sarah Lyons as my agent. The first time she was helping me sell my house in Fort Worth, and recently she was my agent when I bought a condo in Arlington. Sarah is excellent to work with. Her knowledge and expertise are immense. It is very stressful to buy or sell property, but when you know that Sarah is by your side, the process becomes much easier. She is accessible, knowledgeable, and nice. She answered immediately every question I had, and in spite of the fact that the whole process was done through applications, e-mails, and phone calls (as I was traveling abroad), the whole transaction was easy and fast. I will always recommend Sarah Lyons and her team. Keep up the good work!

Seller reviewEven after two buyers flaked out Sarah stuck with the game plan and got us everything we needed from the sale of our home in Weatherford to purchase our new home in Massachusetts. Having worked with Sarah as both our buying and selling agent over past 5 years we hold an extremely high opinion of Sarah, and would strongly recommend her services no matter which side of the table you sit on.

Buyer reviewSarah is very knowledgeable about the Dallas area. She listened to our wants and needs and was able to quickly narrow down the house selections. Houses were selling faster than we could put an offer on them. Sarah did a great job in guiding us through purchasing the house and giving advice on what to offer. The sale of our house in KC was delayed by 2 weeks and Sarah did a great job keeping our seller on board with the delay. She gave great advice during the delay. We respect her opinion and advice and knew we were in great hands with Sarah. Sarah was highly recommended by a friend and we are glad she was recommended to us. Sarah is awesome!
