Everything went off without a hitch. She held many open houses and was very open in communication. She even answered general house selling questions that I had better than Cartus did. Buyer reviewSarah was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the process. We contacted her on December 2, 2018, and closed on 1/31/2019. The process was stress-free, and very informative. We learned more throughout this short process than we ever did researching it on our own. She was very attentive and responsive to our questions, no matter how simple or if we had asked before. She negotiated fantastically during the option period, resulting in all our "big ticket" items being addressed and corrected by the seller prior to closing. I would absolutely do business with Sarah again, and will recommend any serious leads to her in the future.
