Buyer reviewWe are out of state buyers and had never been to Texas. Sarah was able to recommend the areas that we would be comfortable in and also keep us close to work. When problems came up during our final walk through before closing (the seller not following through on their end) Sarah really fought for us to ensure we were being taken care of.

Buyer reviewSarah got assigned to me a little late by USAA. But she came in and made sure the current deal was the best fit. She made me realize that if I was going into a brand new house wanting to gut the kitchen that was not a good purchase. She showed me different builders and when she found the builder I liked...we was rolling from there. She made sure I liked the house, it fit the needs of my kids and future plans. Most people say buying a house is stressful. But with Sarah, it actually was pretty easy. Had one hiccup, but she was on top of it. Sarah was awesome and I appreciate her help and patience with me and my pickyness. Being in the military coming to a new area she made the hardest part of PCSing easy!

She priced our house perfectly, and we really appreciated her excellent advice to help us stage our home so it photographed and showed well. She also helped us find trustworthy contracts for repairs before we put it on the market. We've sold 2 other homes and never had such a hands on and helpful agent. We had multiple offers after our first weekend on the market.
