Seller reviewSarah Lyons was so professional from start to finish. She priced our house perfectly, and we really appreciated her excellent advice to help us stage our home so it photographed and showed well. She also helped us find trustworthy contracts for repairs before we put it on the market. We've sold 2 other homes and never had such a hands on and helpful agent. We had multiple offers after our first weekend on the market.

Buyer reviewSarah Lyons had a great balance between giving us space, yet not abandoning or ignoring us. She understood our needs well in that we would not have tolerated a pushy agent. We needed someone to provide the opportunity to visit houses, suggest similar properties, and point out benefits or potential problems in a property without being a salesperson, which she did flawlessly. We appreciated Sarah so much more after dealing with a couple of very pushy agents who tried to coerce us into houses that wouldn't have worked as well for us. I would work with Sarah again without a doubt, and have already recommended her to people considering buying or selling their homes. Thank you, Sarah!
