Seller reviewI have sold 4 homes...this was the best experience. Scott really knew what he was doing on both ends. Usually a realtor is a good seller or a good buyer but rarely both. Scott was both. He is professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. I would highly recommend him going forward and will never use another realtor in the future. It's rare to find such a polished and professional realtor as Scott. His communication and integrity stuck out as the top two characteristics of an overall impressive list of traits. My loyalty is not to Century 21...its to Scott and his team. Not only will recommend them to friends, associates, and family, I will never buy or sell without him. We chose Century 21 Scheetz because of Scott but very quickly we realized how competent and professional his staff were. They made everything seamless. This was the easiest move ever. They even had recommendations for the transition....there was never an issue or question they couldn't handle. While Scott is an amazing realtor, it's readily apparent his success definitely relies on the wonderful staff he has in place. The teamwork is amazing!

Seller reviewScott is the real deal. Not only did he take on our house at short notice, he walked with us through every step of the way. We needed to do quite a bit of work before market but Scott was honest, set clear expectations early, and gave solid advice at every turn. Scott also provided recommendations for amazing contractors who completed fantastic work that needed done prior to listing. The best thing about Scott was never once did we have any problem communicating with him. If we missed him on a call, guaranteed it was returned the same day (usually within the hour). When we did communicate with Scott (a lot) he never sugar coated anything or tried to steer us in one way or the other. He simply laid out options and asked us how we wanted to proceed. Scott's an honest, experienced, fair realtor that embodies a true professional. He'll consider your situation and evaluate how to get you the best possible outcome. Forgot to mention...all of this happened while our family lived 1200 miles away in Texas. We've never even met in person. Pretty remarkable what he's capable over the phone. He'll be our first call if we ever decide to move back to Indy.

After viewing the property a couple of times and the great deal of patience Scott had with me, I felt no need to secure an agent of my own. I was much more relaxed and felt he was not only looking out for his sellers best interest but also mine. I have NEVER had such a great experience working with an agent in the past. If I or anyone I know needs a broker Scott will be my recommendation. It was a great experience for me in every aspect. I completely trusted Scott throughout the entire process and would highly recommend him to others.
