Buyer reviewWe were greatly impressed with Scott's local knowledge, expertise, and priorities when he helped us buy our primary residence in Indianapolis in May of 2018. He gives great advice but is very considerate in not pressuring us and in respecting our priorities. All these qualities were very evident again this time when he helped us find and buy the condominium. Scott was always quick to help with quickly changing events in the market. In fact, in May of 2018, when greatly challenged with finding a ranch- style house, we called Scott in the evening immediately after our daughter-in-law spotted one in their neighborhood. Scott quickly set up an appointment for the next morning. We drove down from Fort Wayne, viewed the house, made an offer the owners accepted, and were able to buy a home that we are constantly grateful for. All this was done with Scott's advice and help. Cyndi was great in helping us with the online signing, the closing, and also in contacting the previous owner's realtor about some items that had been left at the condominium.
