As a "full-time, full-service" REALTOR, I am ready and able to answer any and all questions you may have about real estate. I consider myself a "go-getter" and I believe this carries over to my real estate career. After working in the real world for a while, I received a degree in Video Production from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. I used this education to manage a video production business for four years in Greensboro, NC. I also worked for CENTURY 21 Elliott Properties in Greensboro. While in Greensboro, I met a wonderful lady named Kelly, who I had the honor of marrying in July 2003. We moved to the beach in 2004. I am also a member of the Air Force Reserve as a newspaper reporter and photographer. I am grateful to be affiliated with CENTURY 21 Thomas to sell and list properties in North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding communities. Buyer reviewIt was important we found an professional and aggressive broker. We had worked with a passive broker prior to Scott and it was like pulling teeth to get them to look into something or test the waters by contacting the seller's agent. We didn't have that problem with Scott. He was always on top of things and kept our interests forefront in his dealings. Scott we as very helpful in regards to negotiation of price and concessions - he'd let us know if we could be more aggressive or if we needed to dial it back. Scott is also career Air Force, so he exudes all of these positive personal qualities. It was noted and very much appreciated.
