While in Greensboro, I met a wonderful lady named Kelly, who I had the honor of marrying in July 2003. We moved to the beach in 2004. I am also a member of the Air Force Reserve as a newspaper reporter and photographer. After my condo sold on a Tuesday, I bought my new one on Friday. He had lined up seven condos for me to look at and explained the best features. There was one I thought I might want to look at but he discouraged it for he felt it would not be the safest place for me. My husband had just died and I was beginning my life alone. I appreciate all he did for me. He is truly a great realtor but more than that he is a caring friend.

Scott was always straight forward in his dealing with us and I feel he had a very good sense of the market in that area. I could not ask for a better person to work with. Scott was always there when I had questions and during the closing process there were little issues that needed tending to and Scott was right there and handled all of those little details as there was no way I was going to be able to personally deal with them. I am sooooooo Thankful for his efforts. Scott was very responsive either to an email I would send or to a phone call. I valued his suggestions and I feel he respected my position and what I wanted to have accomplished from the sale. Scott kept in touch even while on vacation. I would HIGHLY recommend Scott to anyone who is either to buy or sell a property in his area.
