As a "full-time, full-service" REALTOR, I am ready and able to answer any and all questions you may have about real estate. I consider myself a "go-getter" and I believe this carries over to my real estate career. After working in the real world for a while, I received a degree in Video Production from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. I used this education to manage a video production business for four years in Greensboro, NC. I also worked for CENTURY 21 Elliott Properties in Greensboro. While in Greensboro, I met a wonderful lady named Kelly, who I had the honor of marrying in July 2003. We moved to the beach in 2004. I am also a member of the Air Force Reserve as a newspaper reporter and photographer. I am grateful to be affiliated with CENTURY 21 Thomas to sell and list properties in North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding communities. Seller reviewScott was always straight forward in his dealing with us and I feel he had a very good sense of the market in that area. I could not ask for a better person to work with. Scott was always there when I had questions and during the closing process there were little issues that needed tending to and Scott was right there and handled all of those little details as there was no way I was going to be able to personally deal with them. I am sooooooo Thankful for his efforts. Scott was very responsive either to an email I would send or to a phone call. I valued his suggestions and I feel he respected my position and what I wanted to have accomplished from the sale. Scott kept in touch even while on vacation. I would HIGHLY recommend Scott to anyone who is either to buy or sell a property in his area.

Buyer reviewScott was so professional. He made time for us when I am sure there were plenty other things he had going on! We didn't buy a million dollar home, but he treated us like we did!!! Which was very impressive to me!! He even showed us the house three different times since we were only there on vacation. I remember saying over and over. Wow Who does that? He was awesome. We appericate him very much! His communication was great as well, he kept us up to date on the step by step process, and when I had questions. He answered them! He was wonderful to work with!!!!!! Seller reviewScott had listed our condo before but the timing wasn't the best our building was in the process of having repairs to porches. When we decided to list again we returned to Scott. He has been great and I am so thankful I chose him! He is very kind and compassionate and that helps put the seller at ease! Couldn't have been happier!
