As a "full-time, full-service" REALTOR, I am ready and able to answer any and all questions you may have about real estate. I consider myself a "go-getter" and I believe this carries over to my real estate career. After working in the real world for a while, I received a degree in Video Production from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. I used this education to manage a video production business for four years in Greensboro, NC. I also worked for CENTURY 21 Elliott Properties in Greensboro. While in Greensboro, I met a wonderful lady named Kelly, who I had the honor of marrying in July 2003. We moved to the beach in 2004. I am also a member of the Air Force Reserve as a newspaper reporter and photographer. I am grateful to be affiliated with CENTURY 21 Thomas to sell and list properties in North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding communities. He knows the area well and is involved in the community. (Its nice to run into your realtor out and bout town!) When the sale of our condo had some hiccups due to unforeseen circumstances (master deed/HOA), we were ESPECIALLY thankful to have someone who was *experienced*. He helped us get us the resources to straighten it out our issues and remained in constant contact with us and the buyer to continue negotiations. I don't think we would have ever been able to sell without him.
