Seller reviewWe truly thought our house would take 6+ months to sell. However, Scott arrived with such a positive mindset and did the work- obtaining the right information, taking photos and videos and had our property listed in no time! We were not mentally (or otherwise) prepared for to receive a viable offer in only 2-3 showings… EVEN THOUGH SCOTT PREDICTED THIS HAPPENING!! Yes we sold the house- much quicker than we could have ever expected And we personally had to hustle to move onto the next phase of our journey. One thing we are certain about- we gained a friend out of this experience and we are grateful for that aspect!

This let me know that she is really caring and considerate even with potential clients. Alana McCubbin was very flexible with scheduling and also maintained constant contact with updates. Alana was also very knowledgeable about how the process works and provided exceptional assistance to little ole me first time home buyer with absolutely no experience. Alana was also very knowledgeable about the area and what she didn't know she made sure she was able to find out. I honestly cannot thank her enough for how smooth she enabled this process to be. She is most definitely the world's best realtor if I may say so myself (sorry Scott. Lol). I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know is looking to purchase.
