Scott was spot on for the pricing of my home. I explained that I did not want it to sit on the market for a long time. We put it on the market and had an offer within 5 days. We closed in 30. Scott made the entire process simple and easy. Scott was always available to answer questions and was extremely knowlegable and firendly when responding to all my concerns. If i buy in this area I will call Scott and if i ever sell again i will use Scott. I will refer him to all my friends and family.
