Scott and Molly were wonderful. As a first time home buyer I was nervous to make such a big step in my life but they calmed my nerves and found me the perfect home! I would email or message them and they would get back to me quickly so I was never left questioning anything. They both worked around my crazy schedule so I could go and look at every home I asked about. I asked about a lot of houses and they made sure I got to see every one of them as quickly as possible! Scott and Molly made sure that I was going to purchase the perfect home for ME! Once I found the home that I wanted to purchase Scott and Molly took care of the things I never would have even thought about. They made sure I was offering the right price on the house and not getting screwed because I'm a first time buyer. Between the time the sellers accepted my offer and closing on the house there was a lot of rain in the area. Scott took time out of his day to go to the house and make sure that there wasn't any issues such as water in the basement, without me even asking. They came to the inspection with me and asked questions that I had no clue about! After the inspection both Scott and Molly reached out to me after they looked at the inspection report. They helped me to figure out what would be best to have the sellers take care of and what would be best for me. The morning of my closing Scott came over to the house to do a walk through with me and he even was there at my closing. They made the home buying process so easy. Scott and Molly really care about you and what you want. They never push you to purchase a house that you aren't 100% in love with. I will never use anyone else and I will ALWAYS refer my friends, family, or anyone I know to them. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for me!
